Data deletion.

You can have the data Triple Sparkle Agency holds about you or your organisation deleted at any time. There are two ways — either one works.
Option 1 — email us
Email dev@triplesparkle.agency from the email address connected to your account and ask for your data to be deleted. That’s it — no form, no hoops.
Option 2 — disconnect Facebook in your dashboard
Sign in to your site dashboard and disconnect the Facebook connection. That revokes our access to your Page and starts the deletion of the content we synced from it.
What gets deleted
The content we synced from your Facebook Page (posts and media copies), the stored connection tokens that let us read your Page, and — if you ask for a full account deletion — your account records. Invoices we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are retained for the statutory period, nothing more.
When
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. We confirm by email when it’s done.
