Terms.

We build, host and maintain a website for your organisation, generated from your Facebook Page and kept in sync with what you post. You keep posting to Facebook; the site keeps itself current.

Each site is billed as a monthly subscription, per site, through Stripe. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes apply from the next billing cycle. We never store your card number — Stripe handles payment.

Your content is yours. Connecting your Facebook Page gives us a licence to copy and display that content solely to build and run your website — nothing else. If you leave, your content goes with you.

If a payment fails we retry and remind you before anything changes. If it stays unpaid after the reminders, we may suspend the site; it comes back as soon as payment resumes. We don’t delete a suspended site’s content without the notice period in our deletion policy.

We run the service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond the guarantees that consumer law gives you (which always apply), the service is provided as-is and we aren’t liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under Australian Consumer Law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
